We're looking for an individual to work independently to help with the completion of this project.
Work is remote, with limited on-site visits.
Ideal candidate would live within a 200 mile radius of our Huntingdon, PA location.
The primary responsibility of this work opportunity is to assist World Marketing in customizing NetSuite to allow for highly efficient and productive use of NetSuite tailored to our business workflow.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with a team to help design and implement solutions to allow World Marketing to effectively accomplish a myriad of work processes necessary for profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with the implementation team.
Help in creating and customizing reports, queries, and entry form layouts for NetSuite.
Assist in opening and working on support tickets involving technical software issues.
Generate and work with advanced Excel spreadsheets that use data objects and scripting.
Design and implement workflows as necessary.
Examine old business processes and suggest alternatives that better work in NetSuite.
Required Experience and
Qualifications:
Must be skilled in the setup, customization, and administration of NetSuite.
(2
years desirable) Well-developed analytical skills with an ability to make decisions and recommendations based on numbers and/or fact-based information.
Strong work ethic with commitment to get the job done in a timely manner and regardless of time requirements.
Must be well organized, assertive and goal oriented.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality of work.
Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
